Hello everyone, sorry that I died for abit(deja vu, I say sorry alot, no) but this time I had good reason to not submit anything, it shall be explained below this.

Hello everyone, sorry that I died for abit(deja vu, I say sorry alot, no) but this time I had good reason to not submit anything. I have found out that I once again have to have surgery. I think some of you may remember three years ago(most likely from my old account) that I had multiple surgeries for one problem. Back then I never explained it, but before I do....I am having another surgery for the same thing that happened 3 years ago. Within three years, I will soon have had 4 surgeries for the same thing.

Now let me explain.
Three years ago, I developed something called a Pilonidal cyst. (I would give you a link to the wikipedia page but it would not explain what happened to me, if you want the page you can look it up) This usually happens to males more than females but with my luck, I got it. A Pilonidal cyst happens when an ingrown hair gets infected, usually occurring near the coccyx (with mine it was the beginning of the crack of my butt, which is near the coccyx//end of your tail bone//). It is truly painful and I mean PAINFUL. When this occurs a doctor lances it (I was AWAKE for that) and drains it. My doctor left it open and didn't pack it.

It was healing after that but the follow up visits were horrible and added to the pain with the medicine he used. Soon he believed that it had tunneled downwards. This was to be my second surgery(I was asleep for this) and he found nothing. We (my parents and I) thought we were out of hot water but when I went back, my doctor wasn't there and another doctor was there. He was old and grumpy but he found that it had tunneled, up. So came my third surgery(I was asleep), when I was able to understand and got home, I learned how much my doctor had to CUT out of me. 4inches deep, 4inches tall and 2inches wide.(Not sure if that is exact)

Then the healing process began, it was full of pain, depression and embarrassment. At one point, a wound vac was needed and nurses had to come to my house to put it every few days!(Until my mom learned to do it) At one point a piece of sponge had gotten stuck.(Skin had grown to it...)

Well after a LONG while (and lots of pain), it healed over, with some small cuts here and there but it was all good.

Now you maybe wondering why I need this 4th surgery.
Another Pilonidal cyst is starting at the bottom of the scar.

The day of my surgery is Nov. 25, the day before Thanksgiving.

I have been mentally scarred by this all, I have to go through it more. Is my attitude justified?

Please note that this isn't something to make fun of. It is truly painful and it does screw with your mind. Especially when they tell there is a small chance of it getting worse and it does in fact gets worse for you. I was 15 (or early 16) years old when this hell began. It screwed up my school career, back up my drawing skills, screwed with my head and more.

I still can not believe it isn't over.
